great location helpful staff spacious room
the location was great with a bus stop right outside. parking was available. the staff was sweet and helpful. the room was surprisingly spacious for a single traveler.
the decor could use a lick of paint.

i was happy you provided your own key, so i could come and go as i pleased. a fridge was present in my room, helpful for storing drinks. the room also was like a good size. staff was sweet and helpful too.
The hotel looked a little dilapidated when i arrived. A lick of paint could improve the look.

The hotel provides free parking, but there are only five spaces at the front and two on the side. It is a little tricky to get into the side spaces. a bus stop is just outside the hotel. This makes public transport very accessible.

i found it very easy to find from m1, a plus. the hotel is situated close to various amenities, convenient. i saw that the bus stops near the hotel make travel simple.

The staff i encountered were friendly and ready to assist. It was really useful. they are also efficient in handling requests, which i noticed. the service was a highlight of my visit.

easy access ensuite bathroom fresh towels
the location offered easy access to transport links. i found the room to be clean with an ensuite bathroom. fresh towels and toiletries were provided (i was really charmed by the small soaps).
soundproofing could be improved as i heard noise from the room above.

mold smell unusable kettle
The room smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom ceiling also had mold. The kettle could not be used as it was full of mold. The beds was like camp beds. I didn't think it was value for money. I came home unwell due to being severely asthmatic. No one was at reception to help. Nobody answered when I called to complain about the room.
